This is a role that is not only fast paced but a role that needs care and attention. You will be managing a team of leaders within the department as well as ensuring all SLAs are being met when delivering to commercial clients!

A bit about the job:

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership within the Aviva Commercial Motor team. The role provides leadership to team leaders and their teams. These teams are responsible for commercial motor claims handling, relationship building with our broker partners and clients through to settlement. Duties will include:
