Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinical Pharmacist at Strawberry Hill Medical Practice located in Newbury. The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The role will involve reviewing medication orders, educating patients on proper medication use, and conducting structured medicines reviews.

You will be in a team of two clinical pharmacists supported by 11 GP partners and a Practice Manager.

Qualifications
• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Registered Pharmacist license
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medical terminology, and patient care practices
