Salary: £44,428 - £45,441

We are looking for an innovative and creative individual with the skills, knowledge and experience to lead the development, coordination and delivery of the Resource Directorate business management. The post holder will work closely with the Directorate Management Team and the Extended Directorate Leadership Team, acting as a strategic link to enable effective collaborative working, integration, strategic planning and continuous improvement.

This is a high-profile role and will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside a range of services within the Resources Directorate and the Council; with opportunities to engage with other agencies and key stakeholder groups.

You will have excellent organisation and planning skills and an understanding of governance and democratic processes – you will be solution focused and have experience of change management.
