Senior Store Team Leader Northern Reflections is looking for a Sr. Store Team Leader to join our store team. The Sr. Store Team Leader assists Store Management to maximize sales and profits by achieving sales goals while ensuring an excellent customer experience is provided at all times. They are fully responsible for all aspects of the store during their days in charge which includes accountability for both personal and store productivity results.

The Sr. Store Team Leader will also assist store management with team leadership, recruitment, training and coaching plus may prepare the store schedule.

Job Duties Assist the Store Management Team in delivering Company objectives and initiatives

Meet or exceeds both personal and store sales budgets, daily, weekly and year to date Achieve key personal/store performance indicators
