Job Responsibilities
• Team Handling
• Channel Operations Management.
• Work closely with team , MBO's & all Exclusive outlets to Plan & Implement the most effective Sell-out setup Ensure the desired product availability up to the last point of the market.
• Work with Zonal marketing in management of schemes/ promotions/ contests being run to promote the company brand.
• Ensure targeted productivity norms for the channel.
• To ensure Proper retail penetration, distributor manpower on board.
• Act as the custodian of the sell-out growth and retail experience for the Zone.
• Cross functional alignment and ensuring company Objectives are met. Manage & Develop Area Business Managers.
• Plan requisite channel mix and expansion plan within territory.
