- Controlling and directing the food preparation process
- sourching and handling suppliers
- Managing kitchen staff
- updating swingers team related to stock availability
- enforcing strict standards of cleanliness, producing consistent quality of menu items, and any other relative activities.
- Constructing new and rotating menus as necessary
- New menu ideas should strive to be unique and special for swingers customers
-The bar menu will consist of classic bar foods which will also incorporate occasional specials and promos. Swingers kitchen will follow industry and international standards.
- Will be creating menu items that will relate to holidays and special events
- Plan well in advance to ensure stock availability and succesful seasonal items
- One of your kitchen staff should be able to lead the kitchen team on your days off. You will need to train this person properly to fill the void in your absence.
