AIMS - Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer

AIMS Abaseen Institute of Medical Sciences is a non-profit organization registered under the Society Act, Social Welfare KP, and PCP. The public health division at AIMS is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented MEAL Officer to play a lead role in establishing and managing a comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system for the organization.

Name of the Position: MEAL Officer (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning)

Reporting to: Manager Projects

Job timing: 5 days a week 8 am – 5 pm

Nature of Job: Contractual

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a robust MEAL framework for AIMS, ensuring alignment with best practices and donor requirements.
• Design and manage data collection systems for routine data from camps and hospital registrations, as well as special data from research studies conducted by the research unit.
