The Role of Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager
• As the Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager of an Abbeyfield care home, you'll support with the delivery of quality care for our residents.
• Working alongside the Registered Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards, to motivating and developing your team.
