Job Description

We are recruiting for a local company based in Park farm for a general manager. The general manager will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company. The general manager duties include reviewing and implementing operational procedures, assisting departmental heads. You will be the key liaison between the director and other managers.

Responsibilities
• Experience of leading and developing a diverse team
• Preparing and and reviewing standard procedural documents for daily operations
• Supervising staff performance, training, and development across all levels
• The need to oversee recruiting, training and refreshing staff
• Engaging with QC to implement ISO9001 standards
