Role: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a Special Needs Setting.

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.

Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes the social and emotional development of all students.

Implement individualized learning plans and behavior management strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.
