We are currently looking for a seasonal Warehouse and Forklift Operative to join the growing Gates team. The role is primarily warehouse based and includes delivering goods between buildings, but will also include a variety of other on-site tasks in response to demand. You will work five days a week, including one weekend day. Offered initially on a seasonal, temporary contract until the end of August, this role may be extended at the end of the term.

The role:
• Delivering goods between the delivery centre, warehouse and retail buildings
• Warehouse inventory
• Picking items with a high degree of accuracy
• Using a computer to book items for dispatch
• Liaising with couriers in order that items are packaged correctly
• Loading and unloading of deliveries safely
• A physical approach to handling items
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards in the warehouse
• Working as part of successful team
