Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Tilbury

Pay Rate: £12.61 per hour

Working Hours: 8:00am-16:00pm

Shifts Available:
• Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve productivity targets.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments.
• Monitor and report on performance, addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
