Finance Business Partner- Drinks & Treats

Location: Slough + 50% Hybrid Working

Salary: £55,500-£69,500 + Bonus + Benefits

Drinks & Treats is a £150m division of MARS Snacking UK Limited, responsible for driving profitable growth for Mars Snacking brands within adjacent categories to the confectionery aisle. E.g.: Hot Chocolate, Ice cream, Cakes. 10+ cross-functional teams are leading each business stream, working with external distributors and manufacturing partners to innovate, create demand, manage supply, and develop a strategic roadmap to profitable growth.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will be the Service & Finance (S&F) partner to several of these business unit teams of approx. £10-£25m NSV/year each. In addition, alongside other Senior Business partners take on cross-section accountabilities to support FP&A reporting processes to the Region, development of digital reporting tools, and/or technical functional leadership.
