Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in our fast paced Cafe. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers. Hours are Saturdays and/or Sundays 8am to 3pm.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines, mostly cooked breakfasts and light lunches.
- Assist in menu planning and developing new recipes
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
- Monitor food supplies and place orders when needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
