Job Description:
We are seeking a Minor Works Project Manager to join our growing FMRE team based in Filton, Bristol. Reporting directly to the HO-services, you will manage multiple projects valued up to £100,000 across our Filton, Bristol, and Newport, South Wales sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain visual project plans.
Implement safety measures to reduce workplace accidents and injuries.
Manage projects and subcontractors' safety compliance.
Ensure financial control, including margin control, application processes, final account negotiation, Schedule of Rates, and cost to complete.
Evaluate project successes and challenges to enhance future project planning.
Adhere to operational policies and procedures for assigned projects.
