Position Summary
• Managing and mentoring the operations and property management team, ensuring teams work towards set performance metrics
• Completing property acquisitions, negotiations, and managing commercial property portfolios
• Compiling market research to determine external economic indicators, opportunities for growth, and identifying risk.
