Duties: The non-negotiable annual salary for this position is $48,776.00 NAGE, Unit 1, Grade 13, Step 1.

Responsible for composing and preparing correspondence, reports, memos, etc.; preloading all trips into the Inmate Management System (IMS); scheduling zoom hearings with the courts, qualified examiners, and lawyers; ensuring the zoom calendar is kept up to date; preparing incarcerated individuals folders for transfer; responsible for maintaining an accurate filing system; contacting courts and other outside agencies when needed; submitting deduction from sentence sheets to incarcerated individuals; updating databases as required; checking Mittimus to ensure correct paperwork has been received from courts; retrieving daily movements from the IMS; maintaining an appointment book for outside professionals; photocopying or providing electronic folders for outside professionals, courts and others as needed; assisting in disseminating information concerning incarcerated...
