The Great Basin Institute, in cooperation with the US Forest Service’s Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit (LTBMU) is recruiting (1) Recreation Technician to support the recreation program by providing information to the public while performing maintenance duties at numerous developed recreational sites around Lake Tahoe Basin.The majority of visitors to national forest lands at the Lake Tahoe Basin enjoy themselves at developed recreation sites – facilities that include amenities such as designated parking lots, vault or flush restrooms, visitor information sign boards, and managed trash services.
