What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Base Manager, you will be responsible for the good functioning of the customer facing operations, customer ‘s satisfaction, the quality of the services delivered, the boats condition according to the company standards and the team and their well-being.

Main responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Address customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Financial and Administrative: Manage base accounts, handle cash systems, and coordinate budget control. Maintain administrative tasks and develop relationships with partners.
• Fleet/Base Management: Ensure fleet compliance, maintenance, and cleanliness. Report accidents and maintain a welcoming environment at the base.
