What's the role?

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enthusiastic intern to join our Talent Acquisition team.
What does the role involve?

As Talent Acquisition intern, you will support the team in the following activities:
• Sourcing activities: research of potential candidates through the main channels, job posting, phone screening
• Talent Acquisition activities: CVs and video interviews screening, phone interviews/MS Teams interviews
• Organization of the Assessment Center days
• Support to the Talent Manager
• Support for HR Projects

What you need is:

Master's degree in Economics, Humanities or similar
Fluent in Italian and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Accuracy, reliability and confidentiality
Curiosity and interest in HR topics
Excellent written and oral communication skills
