Job Responsibilities
• To lead and manage the Key Customer Account in order to achieve total customer satisfaction, business objectives and operational efficiency;
• Pioneer a project management model within the organization for best practice, knowledge sharing and successful project execution.
• To work with teams of RFQ, Sourcing & materials, testing, assembly, prototype, and quality and to promote competency so as to provide customer and DLM value-added, cost-effective Services with the support of the Program Management team
• Interact with individuals at all organizational levels to resolve internal and external customer issues.
• To ensure good communication between Customer(s), CFT & DLM Business verticals.
