A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Specialist to work for a global successful company in Milton Keynes.

Duties to include:
Manage the daily inbox Complete Meta Data Price checks and resolve Print File errors Work to resolve basic availability or infringement claims, escalating complex issues Deal with invoice and payment queries Publish the best seller listings and title status reports Assist with providing reports for Sales Manager Assist with deal proposals Provide regular customer, product information, competitor and market feedback to management as required Attend trade events Experience Required to apply: 3 Years' sales experience/bookselling/publishing industry experience essential 1 Year of client management experience preferred Degree level education ideally but not essential Excellent communication...
