Salary up to £85,000 plus competitive benefits package, including 25 days annual plus public holidays, enhanced employer pension contribution (up to 7.5% employer contribution) and life assurance x5 salary.

Medlock Partners have partnered with a well-established and growing Engineering Manufacturing business to help them appoint an experienced Head of Operations to join their Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with the Engineering Director, Finance Director and Commercial Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations processes run smoothly and cohesively.
