We are looking for Operatives to join our highways teams in Wiltshire.

We have immediate vacancies for highways operatives across the area with depots in Melksham, Chippenham and Wilton.

Our Highways team keep communities moving. Join them to help construct and maintain roads in a role that’s ideal for anyone that enjoys manual outdoor work, is looking to develop their skills and be trained to help leave your mark on the communities in which we work.

Your duties & responsibilities as a Highways Operative will be:
• Work as part of a team undertaking highways repairs, ranging from drainage, footways, patching, potholes and general highway maintenance.
