Job Description

HCRG Staffing are looking for an Information Governance Officer to work in either Carlisle in Cumbira or the client will consider someone to work fully remote.

We are looking to engage to consultants on an agency basis to assist the information governance team with processing and responding to FOI requests, liaising with other council officers to gather information/responses, quality check the responses against legislation and guidance, and issue the response to the applicant.

We are looking for someone who will be able to bring experience within to the team on a short-term basis to improve and meet statutory time scales for FOI's, boost resource on the team, provide guidance and training support to newer members of the team, and support on learning and development material.
