Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
We are currently recruiting for HLTA’s to work across the Penzance – Camborne area.

You will need to have a relevant HLTA qualification or recent experience working as a HLTA to be considered for the role.

We currently have schools in these areas who are looking for HLTA’s to work with small groups within the class doing interventions.

We are looking for candidates who are confident and can build strong relationships quickly to help ensure that the students receive the best support possible when you are working with them.

You will be expected to be a good role model and show good examples of teamwork. Organisational and time management skills are very important in this role as you will be responsible for helping to ensure the school day runs smoothly.

You will be required to have excellent communication skills as you will be delivering work to students, you will also need to communicate with the class teacher about students’ progress.
