Position: Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Samlesbury

Duration: 12 month contract

Hourly Rate: £28.44 PAYE or £37.53 Umbrella

Working Arrangements: 3 to 4 days on site - can be more flexible once settled into the role

Key Responsibilities

You will utilise the CATIA V5 Electrical 3D & 2D Design Toolset for designing and installing electrical equipment, routing electrical harnesses, and incorporating support structures and physical separation requirements. This role demands attention to system performance, safety, redundancy, cost-efficiency, and through-life considerations.

Requirements
• Experience of operating in an airframe design role, or equivalent in one or more phases of the product lifecycle.
• Proficiency in a CAD system, typically CATIA V5 or equivalent toolset, with experience in a PLM system.
