Job Purpose:
To run payrolls for clients and take care of payroll related queries. Deal with the HMRC and Pension Provider on behalf of the clients on payroll related issues.
Key Objectives:
• Collate information regarding the current payroll run.
• Run a payroll using the software.
• Check all reports and pay slips produced and send to client.
• Produce and submit RTI file to the HMRC.
• Collate year end information.
• Produce year end reports and distribute as required by the client.
Key Relationships:
• External relationships with the clients in particular the employee responsible for the payroll at their end needs to be established.
• Internal relationships with members of the accounts and tax teams should be established as there is often the need to pass on information. More Detail
