The receptionist plays a key role as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure positive interactions and efficient coordination of office activities. The receptionist's primary responsibilities are to greet and welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and perform general administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide information and answer inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
• Manage the reception area, including keeping it tidy and presentable.
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring visitor access, and issuing visitor badges.
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
• Coordinate and schedule conference rooms and meetings.
