We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to join our energetic team
• Greet customers who visit the office and showroom and provide information, materials required and place orders
• Confer with customers by telephone, email in order to provide information about products, confirm stock and availability, quote prices, and confirm sales orders
• Entering data of sales orders received by telephone, email in Salesforce
• Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints/claims and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
• Assist with sales quotations, support sales, service and parts departments
• Technology savvy with experience using SAP and/or Salesforce would be an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication is a must
• Fully bilingual in French and English is mandatory
