Definition of Work: The Community Support Manager is accountable for the operation of a comprehensive array of Community Support programs. This includes responsibility for program management, supervision of assigned staff, team building, clinical efficiency, budgetary and operational accountabilities. The Manager will be assigned program lead responsibilities for focus areas within the Community Support Program.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Community Support, the manager will participate as a member of the leadership team in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Community Support Program.
