Description

The Youth and Young Adult Coordinator will provide oversight and direction to the spiritual development and discipleship of our church community's youth (ages 12-18) and young adult (ages 19-30) demographics. The Youth and Young Adult pastor will collaborate with the Corps Officers, co-workers, and Mission Board on a range of duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
• Discipleship, program, and outreach activities for age demographics, such as youth groups, youth Bible studies, leadership development (LIT), leading youth services for church, and developing youth-serving in worship.
• Pray with people and lead people to Jesus.
• Teach and preach from the Bible.
• Oversee and develop strategies collaboratively toward the spiritual development of the age demographics (12-19 and 19-30)
