We are hiring a Renovation Technician in Loenen MBO - Step Up Your Career
• As a Renovation Technician, you will be responsible for repair, renovation, and modernization work within the Renovation & Modernization department.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• You, alongside your colleagues, will ensure the functionality, reliability, and safety of the elevator installations;
• Inspect elevator installations and assist in conducting diagnostic tests to identify issues and safety inspections carried out by external parties;
• Execute projects according to schedule;
• Report deviations from the plan promptly, making proposals for catching up;
• Keep track of project progress and report to the Project Manager;
• Maintain technical data in the elevator book;
• Assist a inspector from a certifying body during elevator inspections is also part of your regular tasks;
• While providing technical support, survey customer needs and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction;
