Your tasks:
• Leading, coordinating, and executing various HR projects within the company;
• Evaluating the planning and scope of different projects, in close consultation with the business owner;
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of HR project goals;
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and status reports;
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or issues, and proactively implementing appropriate mitigation strategies;
• You will report to the Director Logistics Engineering;
• In this role you will report to the HR Director.

Your profile:
• A strong background in project management, preferably with previous experience in HR projects or organizational change initiatives;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
