We are seeking dedicated and reliable Groundskeepers to join our team based on one of our flagship sites in Dorset. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our communal spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Performing regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging communal grassed areas

- Planting, watering, weeding and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees

- Operating hand tools and power tools to complete various groundskeeping tasks
