Position Purpose summary:

The Program Services Coordinator is responsible for supervising, supporting, and coordinating all aspects of Frontline and Program Services Caseworkers. They advocate for individuals in need of services and assist in developing a strong, positive, and supportive community. The focus of the work is to strengthen communication, boundaries, safety, and trust to help individuals take steps toward obtaining and maintaining housing.

Accountabilities:

1. Supervisory

· Provide day to day leadership, mentoring, and support to program staff, ensuring success in their roles.

· HIFIS management – verification of daily data entry in system and case management notes are approved and accurate.

· Ensure the Program Services Director is kept informed of all incidents, observations and infractions occurring and that the information is properly documented and passed on to the appropriate staff.
