Purpose of the position

Accounting auditing and internal control.

Main activities and responsibilities
• Closely work with the accounting team and implement processes ensuring the correct and rigorous accounting treatment of operations in compliance with BE GAAP and legal requirements.
• Reviews accounting records to ensure the correct cost and revenue allocation with accurate analytical details.
• Supervise the month-end close and year-end close processes including Annual Accounts and Audit.
• Prepare the monthly financial reporting for Shareholders and Management.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
• Support the Head of Business Control in:
• Monitoring the performance of the company by business unit, by aircraft, by client, etc.
• Participating in performance reviews with the head of departments
• Participating in the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Preparing the cash forecast
• Preparing timely KPIs and ad hoc analysis
