The Industrial Engineer will create, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing systems, reducing costs while maintaining standards of operations and also ensures products meet established quality standards and reducing inefficiency from design inception. Analyse operations, design workflows and production processes to reduce loss along the way while still meeting customer needs and ensuring organization is run as efficiently as possible.

Your Role:
• Collaborates with other engineers to design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics for new product lines
• APQP Implementation
• Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated
• Design the layout of facilities and determine machines and personnel requirements
