Primary Objective Of Job

Provide world-class customer service by analyzing and resolving customer queries, collecting and applying customer payments and recommending existing products and services that meet customer needs.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Resolve customer queries (handset related, products and services, billing, general company information)
• Perform Activations
• Activate ALL types of products and services e.g. corporate accounts, individual accounts, staff accounts, v/m, data, roaming etc
• Liaise with Dealers
• Monitor accounts and liaise with postpaid customers
• Monitor accounts and make recommendations on service
• Action written correspondence
• Make adjustments on accounts (such as promise to pay, monetary adjustments/corrections)
• Provide Daily / Weekly report on activities
• Collect customer payments for different areas of the business and applying same to accounts
• Any other related duties which may be assigned from time to time.
