Due to growth, our well-established clients have a position for an experienced Legal Secretary within their Broadwater branch.

Roles And Responsibilities
• Prepare correspondence and documents through dictation, word processing and be IT literate, and able to work as part of a team but also under your own initiative.
• The role involves working for one fee earner and supporting them by performing various administrative duties. These include typing legal documents and correspondence, answering the phones, organising diaries, maintaining organised files, communicating with clients, and answering simple enquiries.
• Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the office manual.
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
