Position: SALES SUPERVISOR
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Managing our busy Sales Team within in the construction materials industry, you will focus on the people management and training of the Sales Team as well as supporting the team taking orders when required.

You will be trained on our diverse range of company products, consisting of construction aggregates and recycled materials. You will be dealing with large and small load deliveries including, aggregates, concrete orders and waste materials and solutions.

Duties will include:
• People Management and training of the sales team.
• Creating a motivational and engaging work environment to drive the team.
• Assisting with the recruitment of new team members.
• Organise deliveries as per customer requirements, liaising with the Transport Team and using trucking sheets.
• Send formal quotations via email.
• Be confident in dealing with a wide range of customers, from the public to large construction companies.
