If you are already a Team Leader and want to change specialty or you are a Band 6 wanting to step up into a 1year Fixed Team Leader to cover career break , this post is a great opportunity for you. Our Dementia Assessment Service is based in Horsham but covers all of the North of West Sussex ; Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. The team is made up of RMNs, Psychiatrists , Psychologists, OT , Community Support Workers and administrators. It is a very experienced , knowledgeable team with expertise in dementia making a very rewarding service to work in.

As Team Leader you will ensure all staff receive clinical and managerial supervision, that the referral process works effectively and that work is allocated appropriately. You will monitor progress of our performance targets and other performance measures. You will oversee the whole functioning of the team.
