We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a social housing provider based in Surrey, for a Rent and Service Charge Officer on a 3 - 4 month temporary basis looking to start ASAP. Homeworking is available offering 3 days work from home and 2 days in office.

This is full-time position at 37.5 hours per week, with a bit of flexibility paying £22 per hour via an umbrella company. The successful candidate must have experience of preparing and sending service charge notifications to tenants and must be experienced in Section 20 administrations.

Day to day duties will include:
• Prepare and send rent and service charges notifications to all residents
• Ensured leasehold management and service charges are applied accurately and within terms of the leases and current legislation
• Setting and monitoring rent and service charge income budgets and budgets for all other income including reconciliations of income accounts and income related balance sheet accounts
