Chef de Partie – Hotel – £33,500 – Broadway – Live In

Paramount Personnel is recruiting for a country hotel in the Cotswolds.
The successful Chef de Partie will join a focused team of chefs and will be looking to develop your culinary skills further.

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality.
Managing and training any Demis or Commis working with you.
Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
