Job Description

Our client based at Bournemouth Airport has a requirement for an IT Technician to join their in-house team.

We’re looking for someone who is keen to learn and grow with an organisation and develop new skills as the business requires. You’re going to need a positive attitude, a can-do approach, be a great communicator as you’ll be resolving queries remotely so you must have a keen interest in all things IT, from the basics to the more complicated aspects.

A Bit More About The Role
• IT Guru - internal support for our employees; front line support via phone, email, face to face, messaging/chat etc
• Technical support for business hosted events - virtual or face to face - in various locations as required. Could include support with the sound system.
• Technical support and technical training provision - for social media/training platforms.
• Responsible for company mobile phones; company phone & email system etc.
