Position Overview

The Operations Manager oversees the efficient and effective operational processes within our BTL & Event wing. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of client projects, managing resources, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Coordinate and oversee the execution of BTL campaigns and events from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Project Proposal preparation & Pitch: participate on creative team brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas, compile & draft compelling proposals, finalize/approve and pitch to clients.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources including staff, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
• Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
