Tasks
• Creating and providing text, graphics and video content for various communication channels
• Maintaining and creating content on our own channels such as the website in cooperation with the relevant departments
• Supporting and continuous expansing Lufthansa Insights, the Lufthansa communication ecosystem on our own channels along the customer journey
• Creating texts and layouts for newsletters in consultation with the Direct Marketing Manager
• Independent creating and producting smaller communication measures, such as flyers or internal presentations
• Supervisioning the content management system (Frontify)
• Success analyzing and reporting current content, as well as derivating optimizations
