Mental Health Therapist I
• 3 - Full-Time

The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
• Interview clients individually, in families or in groups to obtain case history background information and prepare intake reports.
• Assess strengths, deficits and difficulties and determine the types of service required.
• Provide therapy to assist clients in developing skills to deal with and resolve their social and personal difficulties.
• Being a member of a multi-disciplinary team, to develop a self-help approach to the overall improvement of health and social well-being of band members.
• Participating in community development projects that enhance the capacity of the community with respect to mental health issues.
