The Public Centre for Social Action of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is recruiting a Head Nurse (m/f/x) on a full-time permanent contract at the BH5 scale of the civil service with a rapid start date for the Home Saint-Lambert and the Lise Thiry Short Stay of the Service and Care Establishments.

The role of this service is to ensure the quality of care for residents by maintaining autonomy and improving the resident's health on a physical, psychological and social level.

The objective is to ensure the proper functioning of the institution as well as to optimize the quality of care.

To do this, the Head Nurse will be required to carry out the following tasks:

Supervise employees :
• Distribute the work, the schedule;
• Adapt the existing schedule to the needs of the unit;
• Lead and motivate employees;
• Supervise employees;
