Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, in accordance with legal and accounting requirements. The role is accountable for the results of critical programs in terms of cost, direction, and people management. The role leads the development of strategic financial objectives, collaborates with leadership, and oversees talent management responsibilities, including recruitment and career development. The role also acts as a subject matter expert, recommending process improvements and policy development in alignment with business strategy.
